Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days from the time we receive your order confirmation on business days. On the occasion that you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process your order the next 1-3 business days.

 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order during sale periods and holidays.

 

Free international shipping on order(s) over $100:

 

USA & Canada: by FEDEX Express.

All other International locations: by DHL Express.

For order(s) less than $100, $20 delivery fee will apply.

 

 

All deliveries are within 3-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Shipping time frames are just an indication and BROWNEMS will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.   

 

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct as an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
