You are able to lodge your return via Return Center here.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we do offer full refunds and exchanges on all full priced items within 14 days of purchase, subject to below conditions:

 

l We kindly ask you to contact us at enquiries@brownems.com and then send the product(s) you wish to return to us. You organize the collection with a carrier of your choice to be sent to our address stated below.

  • Your original ORDER NUMBER must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all tags attached to be in a resalable condition.
  • If you wish to exchange to a different size or style, please return the item you have purchased and re place a new order. Regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a track-able shipping service, as BROWNEMS takes no responsibility in tracking your return.
  • Sale items are not refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date issued.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your return is approved.

 

If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize for that. Please lodge an exchange or return for store credit via our returns portal and select the desired item, alternatively email enquiries@brownems.com.

 

Upon receipt, we will inspect the items you returned to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

 

Please note that you are responsible for posting your return goods back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incoming goods.
